AIMS comes with integrated payroll
Payroll is one of the most intense paperwork activities. AIMS simplifies payroll by looking up the tables for you to automatically compute FICA and Medicare, Federal withholding, and State withholding taxes. There are also fields for custom payroll deductions including uniforms and savings plans.
The Mechanic Detail report gives you a productivity report that shows each labor item performed by each mechanic.
You can pay your employees a salary, commission (as a percentage of the shop rate) or an hourly wage. AIMS lets you combine methods to fit the way you pay your employees.
